HOW TO USE

CAUTION

- BEFORE CONNECTING TO ELECTRICITY , PLEASE CONNECT GROUND TO THE OVEN

- BUT SOME SAND INSIDE THE OVEN UNDER THE HEATING ELEMENT SO IT ABSORB FAT WHEN IT FALLS DOWN FROM MEET OR CHICKEN , ALSO TO GIVE THE GOOD TASTE  WHEN FAT FALLS DOWN INTO THE HOT SAND ALSO YOU CAN PUT SOME STONES AND IF YOU DON NOT HAVE NO PROBLEM BUT SAND IS IMPORTANT

- TO OPERATE TURN SWITCH ON  ,  PUT THERMOSTAT TO DESIRED TEMPERATURE , SET TIMER TO  DESIRED TIME  AND YOU AR ON

WAY OF MAKING MANDY

- Fallow  steps in caution

- Turn oven on and set thermostat to 200 deg. And timer to 120 min.

- Prepare meat and put the spices you wont and put the meat on the nets or hang as you like and leave some space for heat to circulate  , clean and wash  the rice  and put it in rice pan and cover rice with  water 2 to 2.5 cmm above  rice more or less depend on how soft you wont the rice to be an ideal is 1.5 L for each 1 Kg rice   

- Notice  the temperature dial , when it reaches 150 deg. Put the rice pan inside and put the meat on the net and

- put it on the pan and put small piece of fat on the edge of the net so some fat will fall down on the hot sand or put 2 or 3 pieces of fat on the san around and under the rice pot  put so it will cook on sand and give the unique  flavor of mandy without burning the fat like others

- cover the oven  and use some wet cloth around the cover ( comes with the oven ) and if got dry while use pore some water on  by using a glass or any container

- Set timer to 120 min. and after 90 min open the cover and check and if you wont more well done cover it again  also you can turn the oven off and leave it for 20 or 30 min. on slow temperature coming from the hot clay wall of the oven , so it will be more soft and tender  

After that take the meet and rice and tray and serve it and enjoy the wonderful taste

- After the oven cools down remove and replace the sand that absorbed the fat not all sand dirty sand only and wash the dirty stones also

WAY OF BAKING

- Heat for one hour on 200 degrees so the walls of clay get hot for 60 min

- Mix wheat with water and prepare your dough and shape it as you like and put meet or cheese or plain put the  Spices as you like , hold the dough and wipe the surface going to stick to the clay wall by little water and stick it on the clay wall and cover the oven and after 20 min. open and check and take out using tools supplied with the oven , if some of the dough stuck to the walls , after you finish raise the temperature of the oven and cover for 10 min , then remove the stuck dough by any brush , always keep the oven clean .

Notice :-

When baking you can raise Tem. Or lower it according to your need also not to let the face of  bread burn also you can pot a container of water inside on the oven floor so it will give some humidity so the bread will not be stiff en , also if you tried to take the bread out but you could not because it is stuck on the wall it means that still cooked well so cover the oven and  give it some time and try again

YOU CAN USE THE OVEN AS A GRILL TOO
